It is our Future Leaders Exchange (FLEX) program.
FLEX aims to shape the future of our industry by supporting the growth of 40 and under professionals employed by ABC Carolinas member companies. The network creates opportunities for young leaders to build relationships, expand their skills and advance their careers while continuing to promote open competition and the merit shop philosophy.
It is an annual Membership at $100.00 per member.
