Before stepping into construction, Michelle served as a paralegal, municipal judge, and founder/executive director of a nonprofit serving inner-city youth. Her leadership skills, combined with a deep commitment to social impact, have shaped her approach to business—placing people, purpose, and progress at the forefront of everything she does.
At Grace Construction Group, Michelle oversees company operations, personnel management, and client relations, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of excellence. Michelle has been an active leader in the Columbia community, serving on multiple boards and leadership committees. Her dedication to philanthropy and business earned her the title of Philanthropist of the Year in 2014 by the Central Carolina Community Foundation.
