Jared manages and promotes real estate economic development programs within the City of Greenville, overseeing public-private development projects and acting as a liaison between the City and developers. Before joining the team, Hartzell was director of business development at the U.S. Performance Center in Charlotte, North Carolina. He was also a founding partner and marketing director of Upstate Wealth Management.
