After a distinguished career in healthcare management, including 22 years as CEO of a $400 million healthcare system with 2,500 employees, Ken founded P3 Insights to help individuals and organizations identify and overcome the barriers that prevent peak performance.
Ken’s work is grounded in a simple belief: Our personal and professional success is the result of thousands of judgments made over a lifetime.
Through the Judgment Index, participants gain insight into more than 50 factors that influence decision-making based on what we value, helping leaders understand how they respond to stress, navigate challenges, and make decisions under pressure.
Ken has extensive ABC experience including being an executive coach for Steve Spurrier as well as speaking at national ABC meetings and working with ABC chapters across the country.
