To be eligible for 2026 EIC award consideration, the substantial completion date of construction (or scope of work) for the project must be on or before August 31, 2026.

CRITICAL DATES:

June 16 – Intent to Submit Phase I Opens

August 10 – Phase I Closes with Payment Due/ Phase II Begins

September 18 – Phase II Closes- ALL SUBMISSIONS MUST BE COMPLETE
