You may request to cancel your ticket for a full refund, up to 72 hours before the date and time of the event. Cancellations between 0–72 hours are non-refundable. All refunds above $100 will receive a check for the refunded amount to the assigned billing person and address on the registration.

All Members must be in good standing for 2025 Membership Renewal to attend or sponsor our events. Annual Renewals are due by January 31 of each year.
